The meeting was called to order.

There were no public visitors or public comments.

Minutes of the April 24, 2026 meeting were read. Diane moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Anna, motion carried.

The committee reviewed the April payables. Home Health DME expenses which were formerly invoiced are now being paid to Amazon via our American Express card. Moving forward, Amazon purchases will be paid via our American Express card. It was noted that our Mastercard limit was raised from $30,000 to $35,000. What appears in our reports as SNAP site is a digital billing program and has no relationship to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (food stamps). Anna moved to approve the payables and present them to the full board for their approval in the form of a seconded motion. This was seconded by Diane and the motion was carried.

The committee reviewed the April financial reports. Payments are still being made to Gateway. It is anticipated that May will be the last month that we will be using Gateway for physical therapy. The committee asked about refunds to clients. These are being made as we receive insurance payments for invoices that patients have paid upon receiving service. It was noted that we, at times, are invoiced “late” for psychiatric services which results in the appearance of larger monthly expenditures for the service. Diane moved to accept the financial reports and forward them to the full board for their acceptance in the form of a seconded motion. Anna seconded and the motion carried.

There being no other business, Diane moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Anna, motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
