Finance Committee minutes of the November 21, 2025 meeting were reviewed. Diane moved to approve, second by Anna, motion carried. Finance Committee minutes of the January 23, 2026 meeting were reviewed. Anne moved to approve, seconded by Diane, motion carried.

January Payables

January payables were reviewed. Anna moved to approve, seconded by Diane, motion carried. These will be presented to the full board for their approval in the form of a seconded motion.

January Financials

January financials were reviewed, Diane moved to accept, seconded by Anna, motion carried. These will be presented to the full for their acceptance in the form of a seconded motion.

Other Business

No other business was conducted. There was an informal discussion on outsourcing.
