Meeting Summary

Discussion began regarding the open board position. Natalie Miller was the only applicant for the board position. Dr. Hall stated she has known Natalie for many years and that Natalie has substantial healthcare experience and knowledge that would be helpful to the board.

Rebecca Nehrt stated she believed Natalie would be a strong choice for the open position. After further discussion, Rebecca Nehrt made a motion to recommend Natalie Miller to the Health Board for the open board position. Carrie Ackerman seconded the motion. The motion passed.
