Registered Nurse – Home Health/Hospice (Full-Time)

Home Health & Hospice Full-Time Starting $31/hour Sign-On Bonus Available

Bond County Health Department has an opening for an R.N. in our Home Health & Hospice Department.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and initiate skilled nursing services in the patient’s home.
  • Coordinate with medical provider and interdisciplinary team to evaluate and adjust care.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, medical equipment, and home care.
  • Build positive relationships; Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)

Clinic Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Work Schedule: Intermittent based on need; no set weekly hours.

Education & Experience: Graduate of an approved dental hygiene program; Illinois license required. Experience preferred but not required.

Certified Medical Assistant (Part-Time)

Prairie Counseling Center Part-Time $15–$20/hour (starting; DOE)

Prairie Counseling Center (PCC) is a mission-driven community mental health center providing compassionate, whole-person care. Join our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and prepare clients for psychiatric appointments.
  • Collect vitals, health histories, and clinical data; maintain accurate EHR documentation.
  • Administer injections; coordinate labs (including venipuncture) as ordered.
  • Support medication management including sample tracking and inventory.
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and prescribers; promote a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

  • Current CMA or RMA certification; HS diploma required (diploma/associate preferred).
  • Current BLS or willing to obtain.
  • Behavioral health interest/experience; strong communication and teamwork.

Mobile Crisis Response Counselor – Prairie Counseling Center (On Call – As Needed)

Prairie Counseling Center On-Call $17–$20/hour (worked) + daily call stipend

Complete community-based crisis assessments and recommend stabilization and supports for people in crisis. Work with individuals, providers, and law enforcement; services include emotional support, safety planning, and voluntary/involuntary placement when needed.

Education & Experience

  • Meets Medicaid 132 MHP requirements, or Medicaid-approved bachelor’s, or bachelor’s in any field + 2 years supervised clinical MH experience.
  • Minimum age 21; valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record.

Rate of Pay: $17–$20/hour for hours worked. Daily on-call stipend: $25 (Tue–Fri); $33 (Sat–Mon); $37.50 (holidays).
