Healthy Families of Illinois Program
Healthy Families is a home visiting program that helps families deal with the challenges of caring for a baby. Services begin during pregnancy or at the time of the baby's birth and are voluntary. The purpose of Healthy Families is to support a relationship that promotes healthy child development, strengthens the parent-child relationship, and assists mothers and fathers to become the best parents possible.
